I am writing to express my complete and utter satisfaction with The Wedding Dress Bridal Gallery, 32 High St, Kingswinford, West Midlands DY6 0HB.
Both Louise and Lesley spent a lot of time and patience recently helping us to choose a bridal gown for my daughter. In fact I found them remarkable both for their patience and kindness but, most of all, their technical expertise of fabrics and fitting. However, what I most appreciated was their overwhelming desire to find the right dress.
Similar to most people in the UK at the moment, I am well aware that there is a culture of complaints but rarely of congratulations. I am one very happy customer and their selfless service and kindness really makes me smile. Congratulations to such a wonderful family business and I hope they enjoy great success in the future!
