  We paid over £300 pound for a suit from here thinking we would get good quality. How wrong were we. It looked lovely when purchase but when we come to wearing it for the event... The button on the jacket came off when trying to do it up. The shirt was thin and cheap looking...overall it was just a bad experiance.
  I would look else wear if your going for quality.

  On the night before my daughters wedding day I found out that the suit I purchased from Next for the wedding was faulty. As father of the bride I had to match the rest of the party. I went back to Next in Merry Hill and they were very helpful and sympathetic but there was nothing they could do to help! they had nothing in stock or even close to it. I was absolutely gutted! I got a refund from Next and left the store with no idea of what I was going to wear for my daughters wedding. I was then lucky enough to find Moss Bros and a very helpful lady called Karan, she went through every suit in the store to try and get a close match for me and resolve my problem. She found me trousers, a waistcoat and a suit jacket that was the perfect colour and size! It was Italian and very high quality. The following day I felt very comfortable and confident at the wedding and we all had a great day! Thank you Karan!!!
